Overview

At Khomlaxxdyxvalon, we understand that circumstances may change and you may need to cancel or reschedule your drawing class enrollment. This Return Policy outlines our procedures for cancellations, refunds, and rescheduling. Please read this policy carefully before booking a class, as it forms part of our Terms of Use.

Cancellation and Refund Policy

Full Refund Eligibility: You are eligible for a full refund if you cancel your enrollment at least 48 hours before the scheduled start time of your class or course. Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5-10 business days.

Partial Refund: If you cancel between 24-48 hours before the class start time, you will receive a 50% refund, or you may choose to receive a full credit toward a future class.

No Refund: Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled class start time are not eligible for a refund. However, we may offer a credit toward a future class at our discretion, subject to availability.

Course Cancellations

Multi-Week Courses (8-Week and 10-Week Programs):

• Full refund available if canceled before the first class begins (48 hours notice required)
• After the first class but before the third class: Pro-rated refund based on remaining classes, minus a $50 administrative fee
• After the third class: No refunds available, but students may receive credit for remaining classes to use within 6 months
• If you miss individual classes within a course, makeup classes are available subject to availability, but individual class fees are not refunded

Studio Cancellations

In the rare event that Khomlaxxdyxvalon needs to cancel a class due to instructor illness, inclement weather, or other unforeseen circumstances, you will receive:

• A full refund if the class cannot be rescheduled
• The option to reschedule to another available class at no additional charge
• A credit toward any future class of equal or lesser value

We will notify you as soon as possible if a class is canceled and provide options for rescheduling or refund.

Rescheduling Policy

You may reschedule your class or course enrollment under the following conditions:

• 48+ Hours Notice: Free rescheduling to any available class within 3 months of the original date
• 24-48 Hours Notice: Rescheduling available for a $15 administrative fee, subject to availability
• Less Than 24 Hours: Rescheduling may be available at our discretion for a $25 administrative fee, subject to availability
• Rescheduling requests must be made by phone or email. Online rescheduling is not available for same-day changes
• You may reschedule a class up to two times per enrollment

Refund Processing

All refund requests must be submitted in writing via email to help@khomlaxxdyxvalon.cv or by calling +1 215 292 5270. Please include your name, booking confirmation number, class date, and reason for cancellation.

• Refunds will be processed within 5-10 business days of approval
• Refunds are issued to the original payment method used for the booking
• If the original payment method is no longer valid, please contact us to arrange an alternative refund method
• Processing fees charged by payment processors (if applicable) are non-refundable

Class Credits

Instead of a refund, you may choose to receive a credit toward future classes. Class credits:

• Are valid for 6 months from the date of issue
• May be applied to any class or course offered by Khomlaxxdyxvalon
• May be transferred to another person with written authorization
• Cannot be redeemed for cash
• May be combined with other credits but not with promotional discounts unless otherwise stated

Special Circumstances

We understand that emergencies and extenuating circumstances may arise. In cases of documented medical emergencies, family emergencies, or other situations beyond your control, we will work with you to find a fair solution, which may include:

• Full or partial refunds beyond the standard policy
• Extended credit validity periods
• Flexible rescheduling options

Please contact us as soon as possible if you are facing such circumstances. We review each case individually and will work to accommodate your needs when possible.

No-Show Policy

If you do not attend a scheduled class without prior notice, you will forfeit the class fee. No refunds or credits are available for no-shows. If you arrive more than 15 minutes late to a class, you may not be admitted, and the class fee will not be refunded.

Materials and Supplies

All drawing materials and supplies provided during classes are included in the course fee and are not separately refundable. If you enroll in a course and receive materials before the first class, you may return unused materials within 7 days for a partial refund of the materials cost only, subject to inspection for damage.

Disputes and Complaints

If you are unsatisfied with our refund or cancellation decision, please contact us directly to discuss your concerns. We are committed to resolving disputes fairly and will review your case carefully. You may also refer to our Terms of Use for additional information about dispute resolution procedures.

Changes to This Policy

We reserve the right to modify this Return Policy at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website. If you have an existing booking, the policy in effect at the time of your booking will apply to your enrollment. We encourage you to review this policy periodically.
